Pay, management, coworkers, benefits, overtime

Cons

During busy season it can become extremely overwhelming. The daily tasks that need to get complete are thrown to the side just to get product on trucks and out the door. This snowballs and you end up far behind with my inventory issues that you originally had. Not enough staff and the burn out is real.

Pay was decent and the workers didn't cause any major issues.

Cons

The management was quite careless in safety for the workers as the equipment for safety harnesses were rusted. The warehouse was a bit disorganized if it was organized everything would all be running on time.
