There is no structure at all no training they just throw everything at you. Also very favoritism atmosphere. A lot of issues with blaming things on people and then people actually intentionally putting or messing up things under your name to try and get in trouble. Felt like it was a force out by coworker not really management. I couldn’t take it and had to leave.
