Pros

The upper management was nice and helpful. Pay was decent for not having had previous warehouse experience. There were retirement benefits. No weekend shifts.

Cons

The supervisors were not great. Had minimal training, was basically expected to figure everything out on my own... sink or swim. Communication was rough. Rarely able to take breaks, even to use the restroom.

Pay was decent and the workers didn't cause any major issues.

Cons

The management was quite careless in safety for the workers as the equipment for safety harnesses were rusted. The warehouse was a bit disorganized if it was organized everything would all be running on time.
