Pros
Myriad has some elements within customer service that are relaxing and pleasant. Time clock infractions are not a concern, the dress code is relaxed.
Cons
Limited growth opportunities. There is really only one track in customer service to get to a higher position (unless you're educated in a related field and can move to the clinical side of the company). You can apply and move to a team that works with qualified genetics professionals and then apply to become a supervisor of a customer service team.
