Pros
Work life balance is very manageable.
Cons
Continually diminishing benefits, raises barely match inflation, management is inexperienced as they have all been promoted through Myriad and never worked else where. All these things tank moral, most employees show up for a pay check and don't really care at this point because they have been so demoralized by working here.
