Unrealistic expectations - Prior Authorization Specialist Myriad Genetics Employee Review

Management is constantly changing and increasing productivity, then becomes disappointed when these numbers can't be hit. These are not long term, feasible numbers. They do not provide wage increases for this. You are expected to work harder, and complete more cases for the same pay. Company has done away with certain holidays and the work/life balance is very unhealthy. I used to be very happy with this company, and felt that Myriad genuinely cared for their employees. This company has shifted so far away from their original values.
