      Pros

      The money's good. Really good. They have uncapped bonuses. So if you perform well, you can make some serious money.

      Cons

      Leadership is poor. The company struggles to meet deadlines and there are no consequences for the people in charge. I wasn't sure that anyone knew what they were doing there.

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
