      Extremely poor management. Sales managers would ignore associates and not be in the fields when needed.

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
