      Pros

      There is a strong collaborative atmosphere - and the culture is fantastic. Cross-functional learning is highly encouraged. Leadership values ideas and are mission-driven.

      Cons

      Not enough accountability - but leadership is changing this. Love the leadership, but we are still paying for past mistakes and still learning. Our systems needs to be built out further.

      Pros

      Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
