Pros

Good benefits, very smart and dedicated people, the company pays reasonably well, and has great work life balance. The work is interesting and Myriad provides excellent healthcare products that positively impact people’s lives.

Cons

Annual raises are low, and in the last few years inflation has significantly outpaced salary growth at the company. Also, the company sometimes feels like a very large “startup” which can feel somewhat disorganized or unwieldy.

Pros

Really strong work from home culture, most the people are pretty nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

A couple of really loud corporate types cause problems for everybody else. It's not clear at all that leadership has Any idea what they're doing and stock prices are plummeting and layoffs continue. Too many people think they're the CEO
