Cons
-Low pay -The trainer for data entry specifically was not great. He was very condescending and a know it all. He was a great example of everyone is not meant to teach. He was knowledgable about things, but he would get frustrated when there was confusion from the trainee. He did not understand that it only made sense to him because he had known the info for years. He also expected you to understand knowledge immediately after it being taught to you. When asking questions to the trainer, he would pause and look at you like you were stupid. He was awful and his attitude definitely set the tone for training to be dreadful. Already training is not fun, some things are hard to grasp and to have an awful training is not a good thing.
