Pros
Good owner and finances, an effort at culture. Lots of self-congratulating.
Cons
Will sell you on what the company thinks it is - exiciting, people first culture etc but the reality is confused and toxic. They'll throw plenty of events where you get to tell the owner how great things are, The reality is that they lucked out in a niche and the management underneath have no idea how to scale. Genuinelly don't think Andrew realizes how bad the day-to-day is and no matter of coffee chats will change that because a small number of accounts are covering the larger failures . Currently burning through SE's and AE's trying to figure out why they're not growing while the C-suite and VPs fumble direction and create silos that refuse to collaborate. Buddy network hires in decision making roles have resulted in more misses than wins and you'll be the one getting the blame for that.
