My manager is really supportive, and is great about stepping up when something could be better. Also, we've talked a lot about my growth and I'm seeing changes there, which is cool. I also get a lot of support from other managers, who don't technically NEED to be investing as much time in me. Everyone is willing to take time out of their day to provide clarification, or teach me, or even just lend a hand for something small. It's a really nice and energetic group of people.
