      Pros

      Good entry into tech if you don’t have experience. You can earn a good title if you’re smart and can tolerate it for long enough.

      Cons

      Most leadership has no prior experience and when you look into their histories it’s pretty creepy. Nobody comes from real companies and they seem to be making it up along the way.
