Pros

Great Leadership, Great Staff. Great Pay and Benefits. Employees are fun to work with and really care about help the clients.

Cons

There are some clients that do not seem to want to invest in their business technology, which makes the job hard sometimes, because the client expectations are then not easily met.

Pros

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
