Pros

Work Culture is nice, people are generally friendly

Cons

On-Call is terrible. Too much pressure on techs for on-call schedule on techs. Too much focus on sales and not on good techs.

Pros

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
