Pros

-Management was more transparent than other companies I've worked for -The effort they took to make work more enjoyable was apparent. -They strived to grow and create more jobs and opportunities for existing employees. -Management seemed to try to put employees first whenever possible.

Cons

There was some disorganization by some of the upper management staff, but when it became apparent, the issues were then quickly straightened out.

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
