Mytech is a family-oriented company. They truly care about each of their employees and our families! The company is all about People, Process, and Product. If you are looking for a good stable career I highly recommend Mytech to anyone!!!

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
