Pros

Having been in sales for years I really like the way MP supports their clients and their employees. I never worry about not being able to take care of a client. If I want to sell to a friend, I know that they won't be disappointed. This sure makes my job a lot easier.

Cons

None that really stand out.

Pros

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
