Our supervisors are terribly incompetent. We often question their position in the leadership because of how awful they are at their jobs. They neither have the necessary leadership qualities nor the experience and expertise to be leading a bunch of engineers. I did not learn anything from our terrible supervisors.

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
