Pros

Everything was well planned by the management, the trainings, and other learning opportunities for the employees.

Cons

CEO, upper management, and all executives were obviously terrible control freaks who sees employees like a parts of their big machines! They make us work like we don't get tired or exhausted with the job they make us handle!

Pros

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
