Management sets employees up for failure - Anonymous employee Mytech Partners Employee Review

The management team's treatment of the employees is nothing but unhelpful and apathetic. Any concerns we may have is ignored and you just had to deal with whatever problems you have. They also just don't care about supporting any workers, leaving us to figure things out on our own. The training the company gives to new hires is also huge disappointment and completely useless in helping employees navigate the workplace.
