Management seemed to lack clear direction and focus, which made it tough for employees to understand what was expected of them. The biggest problem was that they didn't seem to prioritize the customer experience at all. The attitude of the managers was far from helpful. It felt like they were more interested in enforcing rules and showing a lack of respect for the employees' efforts. Discrimination in various forms, was also an issue, and it added to the overall discontent among the staff. It's not a place I would recommend for anyone looking for a supportive and positive work environment.
