Pros

My manager was a somewhat decent person who tried to make things simpler for ma but failed miserably. It was sad!

Cons

Nothing is good about working here. I regret joining Mytech at all. The workload is insane. the stress is terribly high, and the work-life balance is awful. The customers are also mean, rude, and disrespectful. Talking to them is like walking on eggshells. It was a nightmare!

Pros

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
