Luckily, I work with optimistic and friendly co-workers.

Cons

The level of toxicity and stress in this company is extremely high! Employees aren't allowed to take more breaks than the times provided to us, which are clearly not enough. The heartless management terrorizes us employees on a daily basis. We are overworked and forced to work for extended hours against our will. Stay away from Mytech Partners!

Good company culture program, very personable employees.

Cons

They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
