Need to follow up for almost everything

I joined as intern and then they hired me as full time employee. Worked in IT projects for colleges.

Not satisfying pay and there was no single benefit for employees. No women were hired. No training or knowledge transfer on software applications. Very tight software release schedules. The project manager just assigned me projects without any knowledge transfer or training and made me to work almost 10-12 hours/day including weekends. Sometimes i worked for 1-2 days with out sleep just having red bull and Not a single penny as bonus how hard you work. The company moved one of its branches from NC to GA and didn't pay a single penny for moving expenses. The CTO was very rude and forced programmers to deliver the code in no time. He started another company called N2N services. Also, they took money from the last payroll for H1 B filing fee when i was about to leave the company. When i asked about this, there was no email response for several weeks from anyone in this company and just told me on the phone that they had to take it for H1 B sponsor fees.
