there is no process please dont join hyderabad. no hr no policies, no tissues. VP is counting tea glasses. VP get food for us. noida office is better. you dont no when you going to fire. in hyderabad office they will hire and fire for simple reasons. you will fell like a school.

Cons

If you want to grow some business in hyderabad remove VP.
