Nothing is perfect , no company is . some firms take that for guaranteed and then there are some that take that as a motive and an inspiration to do better . over the past years that i have been here , things have changed and changed for the better . the firm is more employee centric and at the same time knows how to take care of their consultants with the client . not a lot of companies can do that and find the right balance , but N2S does that and does it with elan . Chinks in the armor remain , true - but there is an ever going struggle to make it better .

Cons

with the advent of the clients they procure at the beat of a heartbeat nowadays, they need to hire people who have mastered the field of account management .
