I've been associated with Net2Source from long and below are some of the strong reasons to work with them. 1.) Progressive Environment (If someone has desire to grow and avail an opportunity). 2.) Good Infrastructure and desire to get structured processes & Systems in Long Run. 3.) Performance Culture & Providing extended support to weak link.

Cons

Company still in growing phase so susceptible to make some random decisions though it was made with an intent to create positive change.
