100% paid health, dental, vision Some good folks in Europe and India that are working hard and trying to be helpful Nice laptops

Cons

No tools- don’t expect the basic tools needed to do your job. You’re on your own. Absent leadership- senior leadership is silent except when upset about something. They provide no help or direction and try to keep as much siloed and hidden as they can. PTO is poor, no Sick time Mandatory 9+ hour days or you’re penalized by loss of PTO No trust- Your every move is tracked with employee spy software. No access - Recent company information or data is hidden. You are forbidden from talking to or even knowing who the clients are. Much of the “product” is vaporware- a “if you sell it then we’ll build it attitude”. No in house technology. No marketing support. No business development.
