Pros
So you can be paid poverty level wages while looking for decent, honest work elsewhere. Delivery trucks have windows so you look for another job while you are driving around.
Cons
Company is fat with knownothing mid-level "managers" who don't know their butts from a hole in the ground. Company has no humane interest in anything. Everything is strictly bottom-line focused and more interested in paying increased dividends every year than maintaing the infracture that continues to produce those golden eggs. Operations are chronically understaffed, overworked and underpaid; shockingly so. Company is not interested in retention of employees or customers as there are always many others out there to bring into the fold with no protection from the circling wolves. On balance, a terrible, amoral and dishonest place to work. Stay away from NAPA and save your health, soul and sanity.
