Higher up management don't care about the managers on the team. Horly Employees apparently have more say then the manager. The upper management is never on the same page and changes company policy all the time and make lower management look bad to hourly employees. No consistency with upper management. Anyone can be replaced without a warning. Even a good long term employee with no warnings and good reviews can be let go without being given a chance to change. Totally against what the company supposedly stands for but if Upper management at your operation wants you gone apparently they can make it happen.
