      Proximity to some very interesting projects and scientific research People and potential employers without direct experience of NASA are inclined to be impressed

      Cons

      If throwing good money after bad annoys you, RUN -- don't walk -- away from NASA Intentional misuse of funds bordering on fraud is almost commonplace
