Pros
Everyone is smart and extremely interesting. Everyone is working on a cool project and most of the time it is a topic that you wouldn't think NASA had anything to do with.
Cons
The place is getting old, both in terms of facilities and personnel. The average age of a civil servant is 55. The summer has a huge influx of young interns, but they are all really young.
