A company you’d most likely be proud to work for. Lots of opportunities to take on extra curriculars like volunteering or social initiatives. Overall they do care a lot about CSR, DEI and employee perks and benefits
Cons
The type of people they hire tend to be of similar class (middle class or above) Being an American company there will be certain political topics which they try not to have a stance on. We’re told not to talk about politics which I don’t like but also understandable. Internal promotions are possible but rare.
