Energetic and creative work atmosphere, and the company is going in a generally positive direction. The perks are also really great - from movies to theme park attraction screenings.
Cons
All departments are overloaded with work, and there are not enough resources to assist with the growth of the company. The company should really look at staffing appropriately so that great talent does not burn out.
