      Fun and creative environment. "In it to win it", team atmosphere. Promotes from within. Lots of job opportunities at peer channels. Compensation is fair and above average. Greater than average support for work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management team is arrogant, unrelatable, and unmotivating. Reluctant to fire executives who underperform because of their position in the industry or tenure with the company. Reluctant to hire individulas who don't have deep industry experience.
