Pros
Flexible work hours. Decent gym - though cost is prohibitive. Some good perks/kit.
Cons
Vacation/PDO time is ok, but not great. Too many rogue people who are more focused on personal gain, rather than the greater good. They hand out VP titles like candy here, which feeds egos and achieves little else. Everything is smoke and mirrors - there is always motive or underlying agenda to decision-making.
