Pros
Prestigious/well-known program Close-knit relationship w/ other pages Learning opportunities/opportunities to have informational interviews w/ employees -Some supervisors, especially ones who were former pages, go out of their way to involve the pages in the team
Cons
Working remotely makes it hard to feel like a real part of the company/team or that your work/you will be remembered. Pay is very low, and hours make it hard to take on a second job. It would be very hard for someone who doesn't have family assistance or candidates with financial obligations (student loans, children, etc) to take a job like this and survive (which contributes to the industry's lack of diversity...)
