      Excellent benefits including deep discounts on cable service, health, dental and tuition reimbursement to name a few.

      As with most large companies, there's lots of bureaucracy making it difficult to effect change.

      Great "VIP" pass for your family and friends at the theme parks

      Cons

      Unless you work in new venture, the business is pretty dull (a bit like a utility company). Very risk averse company. Very slow and "matrixed" decision process. A lot of "lifers" in middle management ranks that resist change.
