Pros
It's a fun environment specially if you work for the Film Division, there's lots of company events that are fun. Work life balance depends on the department and the type of work you do. Management is flexible to a certain degree. They have good benefits in terms of vacation days, personal days and sick days and the backup childcare program that can also be used for elderly dependents.
Cons
The salary here is lower than what you would get outside the entertainment industry. The annual increase is not even based on inflation or merit but the standard 3%. Career advancement or growth is very limited as people above you tend to be lifers due to it's relaxed atmosphere. There's really no standard training program for my job, other than access to programs and software apps, I'm expected to read the instructions they give me, do it and figure it out myself.
