Pros
- Benefits, which is rare hospitality - Access to the theme park - Summers could be good money and some locations are better than others - Some managers were good and cared about employees - They hired the most amazing people - Free Parking - Free lunch
Cons
- Ableist/lack of support for service workers needing accommodations after injuries - They made it clear the office workers were more important than we were and treated better - It was a corporate game of sharks with management, even if it meant torpedoing a fellow Universal restaurant - Lots of favoritism in scheduling - Some of us were working CA full-time hours but were labeled as part-time so we couldn't get healthcare benefits
