Not paid nearly enough in some departments. Not as family-oriented as they claim and should be. Promotions may not be well compensated. Some departments/locations are understaffed and/or overworked. Claimed to promote others to better positions well before hiring from the outside, not always the case. Claim to push training opportunities, but opportunities are rare. Seniority is sometimes pushed aside in exchange for favoritism.
