Only care about higher ups & shareholders - Anonymous employee NBT Bancorp Employee Review

You’re worked like a mule and the compensation doesn’t reflect it. Promotions are extremely hard to come by unless you’re an MDP & even then you’ll be waiting years to make any sort of upward move. Company cares more about its higher ups & shareholders rather than fair compensation for employees. Training sucks too, you’re put in a lot of sink or swim situations.
