Rotational program was good, most lower level managers truly care but are limited in what they can do due to workplace politics

The EMT is so disconnected from the employee base. The CEO and entire EMT the team “the best team in community banking” but are full of empty promises and reactive leadership tendencies, and have shown no urgency to improve morale throughout the company.
