      Pros

      The people are great to work with, a good atmosphere and plenty of help if you need it. Progress options are good too and there's never nothing to do.

      Cons

      A certain type of staff take comments about work too personally, default reaction to emails isnto be seen in a negative light but that's true anywhere not just here.

      Great upside, communication and leadership. Pay is great as well.
