Pros
There aren't many pros about this company. The only thing that's good about the company is the 3 weeks of vacation and the 10 days of sick time.
Cons
This company is managed by the UK office. The management style is horrible, yelling at employees and not understanding how to properly lead a team. The management cut commission plans yearly even when the employee hit the annual targets. The company does not have a marketing team and only relies on only selling to current clients. I would NOT recommend working for this company.
