Pros
NCC Group is a sizable company, however it offers a forward thinking tech company feel. Direct management are brilliant and you do feel valued. There is also the benefit of Flexible working hours which ensures a realistic work/life balance is maintained. In recent times, there has been a number of public set-backs – throughout this management has remained strong, transparent and reliable. There is massive opportunity to progress internally - majority of employees do.
Cons
At times, the company can feel bureaucratic as a result internal matters are slow moving.
