Pros

Good people at the beginning before they slowly started giving up and move away

Cons

- No culture, no history, no social events - Short gain business plans that keeps failing. No vision or outlook for the future - You are just a number on a big excel sheet somewhere - Top to bottom decisions. Trying to expand by acquiring lots of troublesome companies - An absolutely paranoiac company, big brother is always over your shoulder. - No career path or progression - Absolutely no benefits or incentives. Not even discounted gym. - 5 days of sick allowance from the date you take it for another year! - High turn over rate as people realize the state after joining - Incompetent and useless middle management. Driving good people away constantly. - No one has the strength to remove rotting functions or people. - Oldest technology for a "technology" company and rotting ideas, no innovation or research - The company shows true colors when you decide to leave. Can't book holidays or have any HR functions as well as not receiving your documents, when HR blatantly lies.
