Pros
Great benefits. No micro management - but it depends on the nature of your job. Smart people. Office is great environment- social and friendly. The opportunity for growth is there if you want it but you have to go the extra mile on a path that isn’t necessarily paved and straight forward. Leadership is getting stronger. A lot of investment in the business and business growth. I find that most complaints come from employees who are just all-around negative people. Or people who want to be spoon fed and are unwilling to adapt/adjust when things aren’t cut&dry
Cons
Terrible, terrible systems but the business is in the process of a complete overhaul of all systems. UK is often unable to provide the global support they’re supposed to. Low salaries cause turnover and end up hurting the business.
